Intermittent Call Recording Issue
Resolved - Dubber and Microsoft have concluded their investigation and found no issues with Dubber’s recording service. Customers who continue to experience this issue should raise a support ticket directly with Microsoft.

Update - For most customers the issue has been resolved with a smaller subset still experiencing intermittent issues. We are continuing to investigate this in conjunction with Microsoft.

Update - A small number of customers are experiencing an intermittent issue with calls not being recorded on Microsoft Teams in the Dubber UK1 region. Dubber is continuing to work to determine the root cause and a fix for the problem.
